Honestly, it would be a little selfish to message that.
I presume this guy is with someone else and happy, so messaging about your feelings because you want closure not necessarily going to make his life better (could be worse if it either upsets him, reminds him of stuff or confuses his girlfriend)...
I understand you want closure, but it isn't right if you affect his way of moving on

You need to seriously ask yourself if you would send this if he was still single. Despite that being the right time for it something tells me you wouldn’t.
