Why are some women so attracted to arggresive/dangerous looking guys with tattoos?

Is this a primal thing that women have? I can pretty much assume handsome bad boys are attractive to women but why and where does this stem from?

My theory is that many children, in this case we are talking about women, have inconsistencies in the love they receive. They don't have secure attachments. So, they need a high of sorts in their relationships.

People say don't judge people with tattos and so on. In my experience, 99% of the people that I have met with extensive tattoing like you have in the photo are for lack of a better word bat s*** crazy.

They have fast risky lives on the margins, even of they have steady jobs it's just an attitude and an approach to life.

I've found a lot of narcissistic traits with these types so you feel like the tamer or the rebel king. This type also needs a constant high. Once the come down hits they move on.

It's fast and intense love that not everyone survives.

Every woman wants an alpha. Why wouldn't you? Alpha, tattoos, handsome, bad boy can equate to asshole and most women don't know that until they've dated a few. Not saying these qualities of a man make them all like that but it does usually fit the bill.

It's because men who display agressive behavior are shown to have higher levels of testosterone. This is hormone has shown it affects sex drive and sperm production. It also affects muscle mass a bone density. Higher sex drive and sperm production= more of our species and agression stronger muscles higher bone density equal to protection of that species. So it's probably as instinctual as a bird building a nest and passed along. These things probably more important for survival early on will technology in bio and mechanical cause a shift in these traits being attractive time will tell.

Women and girls that haven't grown up mentally like "bad boys". They want problems in their life. Tattoos don't mean you're tough. If people get tattoos to look tough, they are trying to convince themselves that they are tough, too. They want you to think they are tough so they can feel better about themselves because they are not tough.

I just spent the last year and a half with a tattooed biker tuff guy narcissist, 18 years older than me. Wow what a waste of time! Honestly at the beginning I never wanted to date him, but he chased me. I slowly ended up finding out the truth from his own sister about how he smokes crack and fucks escorts and has multiple children. He manipulated me and gaslighted me the entire time. Iam a grown strong woman that has been through hell and back even before him. But tonight is the night that I found out he will stop at nothing, at hit the ultimate low. he used his own astranged son as an excuse to lie about his whereabouts. IM DONE OFFICIALLY DONE!!

I do not like when guys have tattoos. I will still like the person but my ideal is none and if I was meeting people online, I would have switched the preferences to no tattoos. They're not even easy to read, and I'd much rather hear from you about your life than see it and judge what you think is important to you without knowing you or your life.

Maybe because it feels wrong or like you shouldn’t be with them.. I don’t like dangerous guys obviously but bad boys are hot. Guys with neck and hand tattoos, ride motorbikes, huge muscles and deep voice super hot. But then again some of these guys that are criminally involved have no trouble with girls.. at least short term, but many have kids now anyway

Secondly those who find them attractive are mostly the ones who had very conservative and restricted upbringing. Since the guys does things they always fantasized but weren't allowed to do. They try to live their dreams through him.

tattoo's are becoming more common so for women to be dating a guy with tattoo's doesn't seem that odd. a lot of the girls have them now themselves , although women tend to get them in less visible locations so less obvious they have them
