I am asking because I'm tattooed and I always wondered why I feel more attracted to guys with tatts, I think it's just a psychological thing.

I think you are right... Before my tattoos I dated only women w/out tattoos. Since I got a pair of large colorful Playboy bunny tattoos on my arms I have only dated other women with tattoos... almost all with them visible like mine.
I find women w/out tattoos dislike the placement, visibility or symbolism of what I have chosen. OTOH, women w/tattoos understand what it's like to have tattoos, and that it's just colored skin and don't judge me as much.
I don't have any yet, but I find tatted women incredibly sexy.
But to answer your question. Probably. It would make sense.
