How can I talk to a girl at open mic night? She approached me last time?

Hi, I'm 27 and I've played guitar for almost my entire life. I also sing and play other instruments. This last week I played at open mic night and got a few friends to come watch and we had a few beers. I hadn't practiced much lately so I thought I wouldn't do well, but I totally killed it. There was a girl who had performed a few sets before me who was cute and had a good voice. I was trying to figure out how to approach her, but she came up to me! I was kind of nervous and may have looked kinda dumb but I think I'm ok there, she was smiling a lot and seemed at least somewhat attracted to me (I think). She said she hopes I come back next week and play again. I'm planning on it. My question is, how do I go from there to asking her out? Get her number? Try to jam? Hang out? She was with another girl last time so I didn't want to be intrusive or put pressure on her in front of her friend. Thanks.

It’s simple & being that it is open mic night use the mic to your advantage & say hello or something else to her when you are on stage.

Maybe, I guess I was thinking more along the lines of trying to get to know her a little bit then finding some kind of venue for us to hang out
