If there's a females around you at work or school or neighbourhood first start talking. Nothing big start by " woah the weather is getting hotter lately don't you think so? " or "excuse me what is hour I left my phone or my phone has death not battery" once they respond then go by " I see thanks for you time my name is *** and you? I can't miss opportunity to know you lol "
