How can I make friend with women my age?

Can you think of any good ways that I
could meet female friends?


Almost all my friends are men over 40,
and I learn so much from them, but 1
feel like my life is lacking color and the
joy of having female friends too.


I don't have great social skills, and I
feel awkward around ladies. Especially
around my age.


But I can't really improve that without
going out and making friends.

Not all men do know to keep friendship with female as just friendship only. It's difficult to keep the boundary.

Also because you are awkward around them so there is more chance that you couldn't maintain it.

The friendship is possible only if we are comfortable with opposite gender and we can treat them as same gender people too. They are not impacting our emotions.

So firstly you try to get comfortable around female then only think of having friendship with them. Try to interact with female whenever you get chance.

I am not emotionally available for a romantic relationship. That decision was made between God and me already.

How can I demonstrate that to women? I saw a lady drop her purse and tried to give it back to her like i would to any man who dropped his wallet and she ignored me and said she had a boyfriend until she figured out she lost her purse.

What can a man do you show women we actually just want to be friends with them?

Also, how do you recommend i interact with women and become more comfortable with them when I don't have any female friends?
