Maybe she is just one of those girls for whom having a LOT of followers is very important? Or…. Maybe she knows exactly who you are and accepted your friend request because she likes you. Its kinda impossible for strangers online to answer with any degree of certainty, after all, you are the one who sees her every day. Does she look at you the way a woman who is interested looks at a man? If so ask her out, but if she just okayed your friend request b/c she does for everyone, and you ask her out… that will be extremely awkward!
It’s neutral, I accept random friend requests sometimes if I feel like it (especially if I see they have a mutual friend) don’t think too deeply about stuff like that. It rlly won’t tell you much about what they think of you.
