Do girls have mood swings (not periods)?

She's our family friend's daughter and it's a secret but serious relationship.
Today both family went for a day trip and we reached back home at 11pm. We were a bit tired.

She was always blushing at me, secretly holding hands and was very nice till 10.30pm.

Just before reaching home we stopped for some food and she was not at all looking at me. I asked her what happened and she said "nothing, good night. I won't get time to say gn after reaching home. Bye" Usually even if late and tired, we text before going to bed and give lot of kisses.

I don't know what suddenly happened.

Yes, we have mood swings. We are hormonal, even when not on our periods or about to start them.


However, there could be many factors to why she could’ve just switched up the mood. Was something bothering her? Did you do or say something? Did someone else make her angry? Is she on medications? Was she hungry? Was she tired?

I asked her if she's tired. She said no.
When she does this i get insecure lol.

She received our trips photos just before her mood change and i was looking bad in that. Also we talked so close and my mouth wad dry for long, I doubt if it's a bad mouth.
