Let's talk about periods today haha
I'm not on my period but who doesn't love talking about that stuff.

So personally I don't really have mood swings when I'm on my period, I mostly only have like cravings but yeah

When I was younger, I would be more emotional a few days prior and sometimes also pissed but it's in the past.

i had irregular period and heavy bleeding after college. still ingregular through one of most toxic jobs that i hate each time go. i got a verbal bullying. i was always missing work because of how heavy my period is and the pain. nobody care. not even the doctor. they tried diffenent they nothing works. i am just now on the birth control but only helps with moods swing. that i also has exmtre PMS when i wasn't taking the birth control. I my first period was at age 11 and did ask some faimly member about their period. they all have diffenet experince.

Yes, I admit I am kind of grumpy the first few days, mostly I think because I just feel bad. But then, and I don't understand it, but I feel hornier. I have never met anyone who has that reaction but then, this is NOT something I've discussed with others in person. In fact, I've only talked about it with my mom and one of my girl cousins, the one who is my age - because she brought it up. Not my fave topic.

I appreciate this is for girls obviously, however as a guy that’s had one or two girls living with him, I do find I change my behaviour when period time is here.

I find I have to be very flexible and prepared for almost anything at times.

Random emotions, random needs for cuddles or to just keep out the way, being prepared to go to shops for heat pads, or other stuff.

Basically being there and have everything at hand lol.

oh yeah... I even anticipate it, depending on the person as well, you need to be more aware, understanding and be helpful... everyone's been a little bit different so it makes it all much easier and better when you do genuinely care

You’re making my stomach hurt with all these period questions lmao. I’m often grumpy if i already dont like the person so nothing much changes. But i do get more snappy if i dont get my way during my period. I’m also really frustrated cause i dont watch porn when my period on. Sure orgasms help some people during their period but I’m not doing anything sexual while bleeding

I definitely get more emotional but not as strong as I know some if my friends get. I mostly just get a little sadder in general and I little more intriverted for like 3 or 4 days

I usually get moody and craving sweets. But in '19 I got my tubes tied so I don't get PMS anymore. It just comes full blown for 2 days and then spotting for another 3. Then after that, my hormones skyrocket so I think I'm in that perimenopause stage?

Yes I get bad PMS and since I'm breastfeeding the hormones transfer to the baby too so basically makes everyone in the house moody

Yes during my period I become more moody. More so when I was in high school though. I'm not sure if I just got used to it or what everything was way more intense in high school.

I do get a little more emotional (tearful) for a day or two. A little more fatigued than usual. A little bit sensitive.  However, all these traits are normal in my daily life every week.
