I'm 5"7 and I would prefer if he was at least an inch taller than me for romantic relationship. It's just nicer for me personally if I can feel smaller and look up to him.

I had two relationships with guys shorter than me, 2 and 1 inch. They were already insecure and tbh insecurity in men is a put off for me.
My best friend's boyfriend though, he is shorter than her I think at least 5 inches or even more, he is also a grumpy-looking little man, but a big softie inside and he's totally content with himself. He is a good friend.

I am a giraffe. Lol jk. I am tall but not extremely tall. That pic is so cute. But i didn't really think about it or care until recently. And I don't know why. If he can physically defend me as well as a man of average height or taller, his short stature would not be a barrier to my dating him. Women are usually attracted to larger men because they feel that the bigger man can physically protect them (and their potential offspring).

No, I didn't vote because neither matches my opinion. I'm okay with short guys. When it comes to liking guys, I'm usually in tall guys, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't date a short guy. If I liked him, his height wouldn't stop me from being with him.

Yeah, I'd say that I have a soft spot for taller guys. I guess 175 cm or the same height as me.
But again, like I said even if he was a couple of centimetres shorter than me, I would be with him if I liked him.
I never had a situation like that tbh. All short guys I know are comfortable in their skin, and there is no reason for them to feel inferior.
