Not weird at all. Just underwear. I change in a timely manner and leave. I honestly wouldn’t notice as I tend to keep my eyes on my own business of getting changed and leaving.

I just strip off. Admittedly i dont wear a thong to work out in, i find they seem to tighten up, feels like its cutting you in two.
