Girl only checks me out when I'm not looking?

I may be way off. But there is a girl at my work who is a fair bit younger than me, I've caught her looking at me when I wasn't looking in her direction but turned round a lot of times. However when she is passing me in a corridor or walking past my desk doesn't look my direction so I'm very confused.

Unless she has actually said something to you or touched you in a flirtatious way, then in that case could mean she's interested.

Thanks yeah never spoke to each other and apart from turning round and catching her staring a good few times. She looks opposite direction when I'm facing her as she walks past.
