Men do hard work and women becomes like a burden. I mean they would say they don’t mind but burden is burden?

If men doesn't have leadership skills then there is higher chance of that type of relationship happening.
Look at workplace you have good and bad managers, depending on manager workers will do poor or good job.
Do you want to focus on worker amd blame him calling lazy? Thats quality of bad managment righ there. So u get what u sow bud.

No, I think it depends on the girl. It's her choice if she would want to be a burden to her partner. Eachperson has different strengths and for me, women can do things that men can't and that may be a reason for them not to become a burden and that goes vice versa.
