So, I'm at a new job and I have just met this girl. At the first moment, she seems to enjoy me a lot, inviting me to hang out with others and stuff. She always played with her hair when she was either seeing me getting closer or talking to me, plus, her body was always pointed at me (even when she was not directly talking to me). After a week and a half, she stopped demonstrating these signals (I messaged her and she didn't reply to me back, didn't even add my contact). So I would like to know from both men and women if this is something normal to happen, for women to simply stop demonstrating they are interested even when they are
