Girls, How do you all feel about holding it in when you have to use the bathroom?

Throughout my entire life I’ve been gripped with really bad bathroom anxiety, so I always end up holding it in in situations where I’m not at home. It can get really uncomfortable after a while, at least for me. So I was wondering how you all felt about having to hold it in? Am I the only one whose overly paranoid enough to always wait? Girls restrooms are also pretty gross so that’s another factor lol.

Shi, I ain't holding that in until I get home. I did that once because I chugged a lemonade before I had to go back to my hotel and I said "fk it" and pissed on the walls of a kohl's.
