I doubt they can help it, why would they try to act more sensitive than they are? I kicked a guy with some big testicles (a hookup) at krav, and he fell over holding them even though he had a nut cup. Even though he was trying to look tough and competent because it was his first krav. I didn't think it would have that effect on him, but there's no way he pretended to get hurt when he was trying to act tough

Not really, it’s just a natural reaction for any guy when getting hit in such a sensitive area, especially when he’s hit there hard.
