I have the same experience as one of the other comments. I’ve seen men handle open wounds, broken bones, etc. with nothing more than a casual “ow, fuck.” I’ve also seen those same men dry heaving, crying, and suffering severe GI symptoms after being FLICKED in the nuts. There’s no chance they’re just exaggerating

I grew up as the only girl in my house after mom passed. I've seen my brothers with gaping bloody cuts get up and pretend like it's no big deal. A broken arm was winced about, a few curses, but no screaming or crying. What I've also seen is them on the floor gasping, crying, and nearly losing their lunch after a hit to the junk. That shit must really hurt.
