Girls, Do you think guys over exaggerate when they get hit in the nuts?

I asked this is question because girls on Twitter always say, guys are babies when they get kicked in the nuts and periods/cramps/pregnancy is worse so then it becomes this huge male vs female debate online. I don't get why the opposite gender can't sympathize with another's pain. Girls don't have testicles, women don't know the feeling of having 2 things hanging between their legs and if hit hard a guy will drop and feel like throwing up and swell up what is actually referred to as hydrocele, where it swells with a liquid in a guys nuts. As for women/girls who deal with periods, cramps and pregnancy I really do feel bad for females who have to deal with that.

I'd say because some guys tend to think they know better than us our own body. Some think they are the only ones to feel pain because they have testicles.
There is no denial that a kick to the testicles is painful but still you can't compare different reaction to pain from different people. Plus the feeling may vary depending on the pain tolerance of everyone

Well yeah I’ve seen guys kicked down there and laugh and give each other high 5s. I will never diminish a girl going through her shit either. I don’t have a girlfriend or a wife. But if I can tell she’s had a rough wk at work and she’s on her period. My job is to keep my mouth shut, ask her what she wants to eat, let her relax in bed and if she needs any medical stuff from the store I’ll get it for her. For guys it’s different, a simple kick in the balls doesn’t really require much besides sitting down or icing it. If it’s worse and some guy needs to go to the hospital then yea that’s different.
