I'm 170 cm, 50 KG, I could literally squat 80 kg. I don't know about that guy you're talking about. He might be able to do that if he goes to gym but if he is fat then I don't know.
When i was a teen i weighed about 65-70 kg/1.64m and my friends (girls) who weighed around 50-60 kg/ 1.64-1.74 could lift me. So i think he should be able to lift you. Unless he's very thin/weak/ in not good health.
s you’re not too heavy, but not everyone would have the physical strength to carry your weight, however that does not mean that you weigh too much.
It might be a struggle for him to lift 100-115lbs unless he is a body builder or works on a farm or in construction trade. But don't worry about it the world dosen't need another anorexic neurotic.

Well, I am able to carry my boy cousin who is slightly below 50 kg. And I am not very fit. So I believe you're not too heavy.
