Wow if you think 160’s a lot (even at that height) I’m just 2-ish inches taller but 230 lbs XD and I don’t think the fact that so much of that weight’s fat will help since I’d be too wide around to pick up lol.
Anyways you don’t weigh SO much and you’d probs be slightly and nicely chubby. Still liftable most likely :)

If you're worried, try having him left some other objects of increasing heaviness, to make sure he can handle it, or illustrate that he can't.
Odd couple. But relax, your only 30lbs more. I'm more than pretty sure he can do it. But he does seem under weight.
If he can throw you around the bedroom, he can carry you on his back.
