Girl and her friends looking at me?

Alright so long story short: I got this girls number last week. She seemed interested. Her friends occasionally talk when we see each other. I invited her and her friends to meet me and some other friends out and they seemed like they wanted to go but they had to work. I later asked the girl what her schedule was like and would love to grab a drink. No response.

I don’t really see her or her friends for some days until I walk past them. I see her looking at me with a couple friends and they’re looking at me in that “don’t make it obvious they’re looking at you” way. The girl in question was playing with her hair aggressively and seemed really nervous. I found it weird and had to go somewhere so I really didn’t have time to talk to them or decipher anything but I wanted to get other peoples opinions.

Apparently, “Charlie’s Angels” approved or confirmed crazy hair twirling girl’s choice in boys. You can’t be 25. Twirling hair is “I’m interested”. When I see that on a date, I’ll whisper in her ear like a private thing. I’ve kissed a girl on the spot with twirling hair and lip gloss applicator.
If it were me, next time we spoke and she did that then I would kiss her so that she can find out if there’s “magic”. I’m not aggressive…like pushing sex.. but she’s going to know who’s in charge…and most like that gentle but straightforward leader…there is so many spineless sissies now. Im super confident in this approach.. mostly from my lady friends complaining up a storm about weak, as well as no character, boy-men. Best…
