I’m worried or just kinda dumping my feelings on my friend but she responds “idc” like she doesn’t care about it or me in general but I’m not sure. Help me out?

If somebody you call a friend tells you that she does not care about your feelings, that simply means that she is not interested in hearing your problems and that you should refrain from bothering her with your problems and issues.

In other words, leave her alone but don't forget to listen to her problems when she has some. That is how I interpret the entire situation.

This person is certainly not a friend but a leach at best. Time for you to get rid of her "friendship" and to find somebody that is a true friend, that is that is also there for you when you need her and not the other way round.
