Girlfriend doesn't feel loved and thinks I'm boring what do I do?

She didn't respond to I love you and I asked her why, she said she doesn't want to and I said "because you don't" she said she doesn't want to because she doesn't feel loved again and a Goodnight dipshit. I responded "I don't know why you don't feel loved" and I am told to be a better person and that I'm boring. I say I don't know what that means for her. She says I'm either really happy or sad, I ask her what she wants me to do because my moods are annoying to her, then I'm called slow and sped

We have also been together for 2 years and this is the first I'm hearing of this. We occasionally have our ups and downs but this is a concerning one I guess. She also has severe mental health issues and home problems that I've helped her with over the years I know it's not an excuse but I feel like it still plays a part

Ask her what she wants and what could make her happy and feel loved and do it a lot for her...
We have 5 love languages
1- words of affirmation
2- quality time
3- receiving gifts
4- act of serving
5- physical touch
But each person has only 1 of these 5 things that can make him/ her feel loved more than other things (primary love language)
-Try to say beautiful words if it didn't affect her then..
-Try to spend more quality time with her and focus on her and see if she feel loved if not..
-Then try to give her a little gift and see if she feel loved if not...
- Then help her in something and see if that makes her feel loved if not...
-Then try to hold her hands and hug her and see if that makes her feel loved- Probably one of these thing will work so see which one and do it a lot... you don't have to change or do anything, she just needs to feel loved that's all..

She is still pretty immature bud. She probably doesn't know why she feels the way she feels, or at least doesn't know how to communicate what she feels. You sound like you are doing the right thing on your end. Their is nothing wrong with having ups and downs and it reflecting your personality. As long it doesn't make you violent etc.
