I haven't ended my life but I really do regret it, I slept with a guy for drugs. No clue why and I feel horrible, I chose to do it.

I'm pretty sure everyone has done things in their life that they regret. I know I have. You just have to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Learn from your mistakes. You made 2 mistakes last night. One was doing drugs. The second was having sex to get the drugs.

Sometimes people make rash decisions but feel bad about it later because they didn't think it through. I know you feel guilty but don't end your life. There's no second chance when it comes to your literal life.
