Why do you miss your period if you’re not pregnant?

So I’ve not seen my period since May and I’m very worried, I’m not pregnant too but I took a contraceptive around the last few days of April or first week of May I think so I don’t know if it’s the reason

Things like not eating enough, drinking lots of alcohol, being very stressed and over exercising can delay periods. But, usually they only delay them for a small amount of time. If you took a contraceptive depending on the type that may be affecting it. But it might be best to get a checkup by a doctor, as sometimes different illnesses can cause delayed periods.

There can be a few reasons you miss your period. Stress, weight loss, changes to your body etc.
I wouldn't worry too much but if it proceeds to happen look in to seeing a Dr.
