Hi everyone. My period has been generally irregular type like it happens every 32-35 days. But this month it's 41 days there are symptoms of cramps but nothing more than that. Usually my breast are sore on the days approaching period but this time it's not like that. I have no symptoms of pregnancy. But I'm on a lot of stress becoz of my relationship and career. What can be the reason beside stress? please suggest I'm tensed.

You said you were stress. Stress does delay your period.
PCOS does not reverse and it is a lifelong condition. My recommendation is to see your endocrinologist or gynecologist to repeat some labs.
You may have answered your own question... Stress can cause changes in the body. To be sure there is nothing out of the ordinary, you should see an obgyn.
Maybe stress is what's delaying it. Is that possible? If it's really concerning you, you should talk to a doctor about it.

Believe it or not, stress can be the only reason for the delay. Try to relax. If it ends up being any later, go to your doctor.
