My ego wanted me to think im soo smart. But im really dumb. At least people dumb. I can read and write decent its a natural talent and i can understand abstract stuff like philosophy. But other than that im soo dumb.

I mean we are all dumb to some point. We don't know everything. I think that being ok with who we are and not trying to impress people who don't like us to start with. Focusing on those who do love us despite your flaws.

I can't give a proper answer, since you haven't really given any context, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

The way I see it, intelligence isn't about what you know, but recognizing when you don't know something. In other words, it's how you use information, not the information itself.
When you say "I'm dumb", what that says to me is that you can recognize that there is a problem from within yourself. That is an extremely important and commendable ability.
Take the information: "I am dumb" Why? What is it about you that makes you think this?
Ask yourself questions like: "Am I dumb, or am I misinterpreting some undiagnosed nurodivergency?" (ADHD, autistic, etc)

There are a lot of things that make us feel dumb, if what that thing is is unclear, that should be the first thing you focus on.

Thank you. I def think i have undiagnosed adhd and or aspergers. I don't know anyone with either so this is based on descriptions online.

People are complex. I'm 46 and I'm NOT ashamed to say people still baffle me at times 🤣.
But what I will say at 46 I've decided what I'm willing to accept from people, what I'm willing to tolerate. If a person is outside of that then I have no use for them in my life. You gotta know where your boundaries are in life.
