Why does a girl have pictures of me on her phone?

I don't really know this guy extremely well but I've been getting signs that she does like me. I asked whether to could hangout and she said no but nicely (basically a rejection). I was talking to her on a bit and when she was looking in her gallery I saw a collage with my name a pictures of me. She seemed to panic a bit but then I looked away without noticing. She never seems to want to talk to me often and either stares when I don't notice. She's also always one of the first to look at my Instagram stories.

She might like u, but maybe she’s too shy or just wants u to chase after her. Or this could be a sad downfall that I wouldn’t like to mention but maybe she could be playing u. In other words she's messing with u but in my opinion this seems like a low possibility it’s true. If u know what kind of person she is like if she has a good heart and good character and u know her very well to know that she isn’t bad in any sort of way than she probably likes u.

The thing is I'm not sure. I've always tried to converse with her but she'd always be nervous. She always views my stories first. I think she's just really immature and playing at the same time.

Then u should let her chase after u, if she doesn’t come to speak to u then I believe u both have to go ur separate ways
