I like this girl I work with and I think she likes me, every now and then I will catch her taking a cellphone pic of me, she does it jokingly a lot but what is this

The only reason I'd take a picture of a guy is to snapchat. And when I snapchat a photo of a guy it's either because he is cute or doing something weird.
