Mine coincide with my period. The week before, they really hurt. It's like they're swollen but the size doesn't change. They're a good indicator of how bad my period is gonna be that month - the worse the pain, the worse the period.

At my age, them getting randomly sore would send me to the doctor's office for a screening. Just don't know and with my family's medical history I don't have wanna risk cancer going undetected.

It's mostly before and during my period. And sometimes I may lean or sleep on them the wrong way and that'll cause pain.
