Girls, If women desire equal rights, why don't the same women desire equal responsibility?

Every woman is different you'll have to find a woman that fits what you describe and ask her. The only differences between men and women are reproductive organs and men having more testosterone than women. Testosterone rules impulse decisions and physical strength. There are SOME women who have higher than average amounts but on average thats where the imbalance lies. Hence men getting drafted, and picked for more intense labor.

I don’t know what responsibilities you’re talking about but probably, maybe, likely for the same reason men want their wife to work outside the home and bring home an income while also expecting her to still do all or most of the household chores and childrearing.
