I don't go to the Dr nearly as often as I should, but part of it is bc I've always found having to prop myself up on display and essentially inspected to be rather humiliating... Am I the only one who feels this way or does anyone else?

And if you feel as I do, why do you think they have not found a better way to check a woman's reproductive health than to splay her to the world and pry her open?

I'm a virgin, so that exam doesn't applies to me yet. But although the idea of it makes me very uncomfortable, if it's made by a professional then it's fine. There's no other way of checking what's going on in there.

Blood tests and an ultrasound won't allow to check everything, its like if something's going on in your throat they'll have to check by themselves, no matter how uncomfortable it is. Have you tried going to a female doctor?

Well, I think when I get my first exam I'll be looking to have it with a female doctor, I think I would feel better with another woman seeing my parts than with a man.

They're all professionals, there's nothing sexual about it for either so I don't think it really matters in that regard... Way I see it, mine is neither the prettiest or ugliest vagina they see, even just that day... Nothing for them to write home about.
