I'd say we DO generally get away with more.
Girls are treated as though they are "nice," whereas when (and if) a man gets away with something, it's because they're scared of his reaction if they confront him.
Only if we are unwary and let them. I believe most women don't do this. I haven't had this happen to me. Either I've been very alert or very lucky or both.
Most women don't do that. You will soon learn to recognize the ones that are truly interested and the ones that just want attention.

I wouldn't say they "get away with it". We as guys know when a woman's mouth is moving generally lies are coming out of her mouth. We don't like it, we don't believe it, we just learn to accept this as just part of what a woman is. As long as the lies are small and generally innocuous we guys just learn to let it go.
