I think my friend lies to me just cuz she can... Well be hanging out and she'll do something funny, like infront of a teacher... Then she will say "he was looking right at me too!", even if I was watching the teacher the whole time! Is she lying?

That's different... I would definitely have to be there. Only you can tell that... if he did have you in view. Maybe it is teasing and lying at same time. Is there such a thing?
