My advice kinda comes from a weird place because I'm fairly "feminine" in features (boobs, small frame, etc), but I'm more masculine in expression and identity.
Make up. Soft make up and proper contouring can do wonders.
Long hair is a traditionally feminine trait, so that might help you, too.
If you want, you can even look up voice feminization (I've done the same but the other way, with neutral or masc voice techniques).
But I mean, just be you. You don't owe anyone a feminine appearance. You don't owe anymore toning yourself down or changing yourself.
If you're comfortable with yourself, your body, and your expression, then be you.
fuck all these gender roles and people telling you to "dress more feminine" or "paint your nails" these should be decisions you do on your volition not things you do for the sake of attracting men. I can tell you as someone who used to get called trans slurs because mean kids thought i was born male at birth, its all stuff they are saying purely out of insecurity. I imagine you are freaking beautiful. And you are only seventeen, you are still growing into your body. Focus on what makes you feel happy and fufilled and trust me someone who is deserving of your time and attention will do anything to have you regardless of your height etc. and to be blunt dont be flattered by these teenage boys who have no understanding of the female body inside and out, they act like they have these high unattainable standards but would fuck a jelly donut if given the opportunity.
Being tall does not mean you're not feminine. I have seen plenty of feminine women that are on the taller side. Being feminine has nothing to do with the way you look. It all has to do with attitude. Deep down inside, every girl is feminine. Its just that girls do not know how to express it outwards.
First thing you need to do is to really ask yourself deep down on the inside in your heart, do you want to be taken care of by a man? Likely your answer will be yes. I'm not telling you to quit your job but every woman is designed by nature to want to be protected and taken care of by a man. Drop your hard exterior where you need to pretend to be strong, resilient, and tough. Don't be afraid of admitting you are wrong or that you don't know everything on earth. Open your heart to being vulnerable. Acknowledge that you are vulnerable to a certain extent. And be receptive to getting help from men. Ask men for help. Men usually love offering help to a woman (unless he's just a dick). Don't be afraid of feeling your emotions deeply. When you are sad, don't be afraid of being sad. Get in tune with your natural emotions. Strive to do the things that make you happy. Trust me, men are very attracted to happiness. It makes you look more feminine, bubbly, better sense of humor. In relationship, ideally do you want the man to lead or yourself to lead? Vast majority of women will say they want the man to lead. Lean back and let him take the reins. This is not to say never pursue the guy you like but don't always be the one putting in the effort chasing. Its ok to sit back and wait for him to respond or chase you back. Men are chasers by nature. If a man is interested in you, he will show signs he's interested. No need to put on a never-ending full-blown chase. Lastly, Tap into your senses. Pay attention to your emotions or how you feel more. Wear perfume that makes you feel great, wear clothes that make you feel great. Do the things you love, look at enjoying the moment of how you feel rather than constantly thinking about the end goal of getting a guy. Look into sensual activities.
Many people will say that you need certain personality type to be feminine such as caring, kind, nurturing. But reality is, feminine women come in all shapes , forms, personalities. We are not all a carbon copy or twins of each other. People are designed to have different personalities , likes / dislikes. There are feisty, bossy, arrogant, gossipy feminine women. If you're not a kind person, you do not have to pretend to be kind. If you are not a nurturing woman, do not pretend to be nurturing. It will not work and people will figure out the real you eventually.
Many teenage girls aren't fully grown or mature until the hit their early 20s. When I was a teen, I was a tomboy too until I was 21 when I started liking feminine cute clothes and acting more femininely mature. I think it was because I had always been a kid until that age.
Well if you are attracted to masculine men it will be tough because if both of you are dominant and masculine, you will be butting heads more than anything.
Men want women that can be productive and lead as well, but if she is too set on it being her way and not willing to step back and take her foot off the gas and trust the man, he will get tried and resentful of it. Men don't like being challenged every day by the woman they are with if they are already tackling obstacles and challenges from when they wake up until they come home.
Things that will help you appear and come off more feminine would be below.
1.) Put faith and trust into him and follow his lead. Don't always argue or challenge his decisions for the sake of being difficult or having to have something done a certain way. (Submissive)
2.) Have manners, be clean and hygienic.
3.) Be kind to him, his friends, his family, others.
4.) Dress to occasion for whatever you will be doing.
5.) Be able to articulate what you want to talk about with expanded vocabulary, but st the same time being direct and transparent with what is on your mind.
6.) Limit your cursing.
End of the day, you don't need surgery. Just be you and tweek things about yourself that will allow you to attract the man you want. You need to embody the person you want to attract all the while remaining who you are at your core.
Dude, you sound awesome. Don't worry, the teenagers you're around are expressing their own insecurities and trying to figure it out. There's nothing wrong with you. Be you. The right guy will come around. Seriously, society has enough people trying to bring others down. Don't listen to those bitch ass trogs.
Focus on building your strengths/interests and don't weaken yourself for their appeasement. They don't deserve that from you. There will always be people without personal power who covet what you have or are just chodes.
Just take pride, you'll figure it out your own way, have fun, and help others when you can.
It’s not really about being less masculine or more feminine. It’s about developing traits that are attractive to people. Be smart, clever, funny or charming. Or find something else. I don’t think most people come away from an interaction with another person thinking, “That guy was feminine,” or “That girl was masculine,” unless there were no other defining characteristics. People will choose the simplest definition of you by default. No reason to make that an easy distillation.
Mannerisms. No need for height reduction surgery, or any potentially life changing, very costly procedures. Instead, try this:
1) Use less cuss words. 2) Try to speak more slowly. 3) Try adjusting your tone into a higher pitch. 4) Expand your vocabulary. Avoid repetitive use of filling words like "like" and "um" all of the time. 5) Think before you talk. Allows you to organize your thoughts. 6) A change in style can work. 7) You might want to consider etiquette training, but that's optional.
I'll just say that dresses help a TON with femininity - especially if you have long legs. Heavier makeup, long hair... These are something, at least.
But if these things make you uncomfortable, don't try to appear more feminine for other people's perspective.

It's extremly hard to tell what a girl can do without knowing what she looks like. Surgery is an option in extreme cases, otherwise it's usually enough to have a different style or behave in certain ways.
Most would tell you not to stay from who you are, be True to yourself etc and there's wisdom in that. However... At 17 you're still developing. You don't know yet who you are or will become so by all means, now is the time to experiment. Just never stay in a way you're not comfortable with for somone elses sake.
A girls like you described can do whatever other girls are doing. You are just mentioning justification about why you can't be what you want to be. All those are irrelevant and I'm sure they are only in your mind. What I would suggest is maybe going to an acting course.
I can only imagine your struggles never really fitting in anywhere especially amongst them "more-feminine" girls. My question if you could do a massive glow-up (all expenses paid) who are you doing it for? No maybe you just live in a country were people tend to be shorter. If I were you I’d move to a country were people tend to be taller.
Try Germany or Netherlands, or Sweden .. I don't know it’s one of those.

You don't need surgery to be more feminine just do the simple things like wear a skirt or dress more often, get a medi and pedi, shave or wax your legs and other parts if your body, maybe a little make up, stuff like that.
I know plenty of girls who are tall, and overall a tomboy. Until you get them to care for you. They're still women. You only get to see that side at a later stage.

You'll be surprised that it isn't always a big deal. I'm very surprised how many girls fall in love with soyboys. Femboys. Even though it should be worse because a man is supposed to protect you. A girl just has to be beautiful enough, and you can be tall and beautiful.
There's nothing wrong with being masculine or tall but maybe you could change your style! Keep in mind there are many guys out there that like tall girls
