At the gym I go to there are several women who dress provocatively. In my opinion, they are seeking attention. But if you look at her, say her butt, she will sneer at you, think you are a creep, or even report you.

I go to a popular gym but not that many men are in the top 10 - 20% bracket. These women must think all men are creeps then.

Depends really. There might be a difference in perception. An outfit you see as provocative, we might not view the same way. You might find leggings or yoga pants provocative but women don't. They're workout pants to us.

At the gym I go to, I believe 90% of the women dress normally and 10% dress provocatively. But you might be right. That 10% that I believe dress provocatively might not be in their view. Their pants are so tight that you can see the butt rim and camel toe. I would think it would be uncomfortable to wear.
