Sounds as if she has some trust issues and is the jealous kind of person.

Trust issues because she is afraid that someone may grab you away from you and that is indicative of a lack of self-confidence.

Also, she does not like that other girls may talk to you and that would be the typical behavior of a jealous person because again, she does not trust her friends not to do it.
