You really ought to formulate your questions better, some boys are smarter then some girls just as some girls are smarter then some boys. The only notable difference between female and male intelligence is thar guys tend to be more extreme, that is there is slightly higher degree of both stupid and smart males. While females intelligence curve is slightly more normalised, either way this difference is small and negligible.
