hello everyone my name is lili. Two years ago my mother and I moved to the USA

I met my 7-year-old fat brother here. I was surprised. that he is so big and very strong than European children.

I am 16 yers old. I am small compared to him 1,4m ( 4'7) and 31kg (70'5 lbs/ 4'88 stone). surpasses me in every way and often shows me his strength (lifting me, irp).

Iam shocked by American children

is it normal?

i live in usa but am in Europe right now. europeans walk a lot... to trains, up hills, around town. americans sit around, drive in the car across the street. many eat too much and the food is questionable becuase of growth hormones, genetic altering, and who knows what they put in it. European food supplies are better, they taste better.

Obesity is a big problem. Strength is a factor of exercise and whatever growth hormones is going into the food, and genetics.

It happens people don't watch their diet so they end up overweight that is why I lost 100 pounds so I got 60 pounds to lose to reach my goal and the sad thing overweight when I was a child I was young happened with me it was bad cause I got bullied in school and I blame overweight for myself due to me being overweight and not dieting but when I was little me and my sister was not overweight.

I live in Canada but I know in the US the obesity rates are very high. One of the highest in the world in fact so it's very common. Even some of my family members in the US are incredibly overweight including kids at a very young age. 5 year olds are starting to look a lot older in the US. We don't have the same problem here in Canada fortunately.

Not all Americans are fat, but when they get fat, they get like documentary fat, because American food is loaded with corn syrup

I don't live in the USA (thank God for that!), but I've heard that the people there are very fat. It's because they eat so much crap with sugar in it, and their servings in restaurants are HUGE, and they have so many fast-food "restaurants" as well (McDonalds, KFC and so on).

Europe is still not as industrialized as the US. Also, European countries are much more smaller than the US; which population represent a huge part of North America.

If Europe was a country with the industry of the US, you would see higher levels of obesity. Been that industrialized, means converting into a corporocracy—converting into it, equals to long hours of work, a culture of materialism derrived from an irrational consumism.

If he can lift you he's not fat. He's stocky.. mostly muscle. Not the same thing. Unless you see a huge gut on him.

There's something in the food. Met some Highschoolers doing a College Now course at my job and they are huge. I wasn't that big back in HS.
