I've rarely ever heard guys suggesting to go pee together, but I have heard women going to the restroom in pairs and then spend hours in there, probably gossiping with each other lol, so I suppose their reaction to the question would be "fuck yeah! Let's go!"

As for us guys, we don't usually go in pairs to relieve ourselves and empty the tank. There's also a thing called urinal etiquette which every man and by extension boy MUST follow in the restroom, so technically even if you go together, you don't pee "together" together.
