Yes, that's nasty AF, regardless of gender. I have no respect for people who can't do something we even teach three and four year olds to do. These also tend to be the same people who always want a handshake from you upon meeting (which is why I don't shake hands with anyone outside of job interviews) or want to touch your sh*t. They are the same people who don't flush, the same people who don't wear appropriate clothing in public (underwear if women; a shirt if men on a hot Summer day).

People be nasty. You should bring this up with her and explain how adults do things like clean themselves and maintain basic hygienic practices and such.
