Choose the length of skirt well. The lower it ends the harder you make it. Shorts or similar hide a lot. In Europe we have skorts basically a pair of shorts with a fabric layer over the top to look like a skirt. There's probably similar in your country, but the name may be different.

Wear shorts under your skirt and make sure they're small enough to be unnoticeable.

You can wear small shorts under your skirt. So that they don't stick out from under your skirt. Look up shorts under skiryt and dresses and you'll see them. They're really comfortable! :)
