Most guys just love to see what you have down there, probably because they rarely ever see it anywhere else. It's possibly the closest they'll ever get to seeing one in a long time. Chances are, though, mostly all they're gonna see is panties so, that's no big deal, except for guys that are into seeing panties. Especially WHILE a girl is wearing them!
Two little boys were hanging out with a little girl who was wearing a flared short skirt and very shiny black shoes. The little boys kept staring at her shoes like they were trying to see something. My point is that in the US people are way too paranoid about someone seeing something. I don't bother looking up skirts because there's nothing exciting to see. I was in a bathroom in a bookstore once and there was no door, just a U-shaped entry. From the last urinal one could barely see into the store. A man excitedly warned his young son not to use that urinal because someone might see, as if it would fall off if seen by an unrelated woman.
