ok picture this, they're standing close, both bodies facing the camera, but hips touching, and the guys hand is on her waist.

am I being paranoid or am i right to worry a little?

its her bestfriend, and I've seen too many couples who had broken up with someone else and then got together with their bestfriend romantically. you heard this phrase before too? "a girls boy bestfriend is her second boyfriend." or something similar to that at least.

Thing is it could easily mean nothing OR it could mean something. Need more information. Usually it means nothing though. If it makes you feel uncomfortable, speak up and let her know and ask her questions.

i did speak to her about it, she tried pushing it away saying, "I've taken more touchy pics with you", and "its just a picture" and "he's my bestfriend". i know the guy too, he doesn't seem interested in her romantically, but he wouldn't say no if things get heated.
