Why does this girl always ask me why I’m nervous?

There is this girl that I like and I get self conscious and nervous around her. She must have picked that up because she has asked me like 3 times now why I get nervous around her.

On the third time when she asked me that she also said “Do you feel nervousness around girls? Have you never talked to girls? Don’t you have a girlfriend?” and I told her that I don’t.

I’m not sure why she’s asking me that if she can pick up that I’m nervous.

No, it's not bad if you know you want to date her AND you think she'd say yes. If not, keep talking to her. But she already knows you like her so there is no reason to hold back.
