I haven't stopped thinking about her all day.

She said she's worried that she might say things that will scare me away, but that they are things she thinks of and feels about me.

I honestly love it when she does.

What do I do?

Tell her you love her and think about your future together too, and want to know how she feels. She needs reassurance. Try opening up first perhaps.

We're not at that stage yet. She hasn't said she loves me, and in enjoying everything as it is right now.
