Soak it in cold water ASAP.

then it’s hydrogen peroxide or rub bar soap.

avoid anything other than cold water.

heat will set the stain.

Ice or at least very cold water with a wet towel or paper towel. The sooner you can do it, the easier it'll be to get it out. If that doesn't get it out, there's some kind of oxy stuff that will supposedly, just take it right out as soon as you squirt it on.

Plain water as soon as applicable. Plus a microfibre cloth.

Alcohol is good for removing blood. Though I don't know how well it works on fabrics. I just know it works good in the laboratory.
