Girls, Can you go out side without use perfumes in period days?

Okay, so I assume you are asking if I can go out of the house without perfume during my period. Yes, I can. Not an issue at all. The only thing is that I always use perfume, period or not.

I'm not sure what correlation you are making between perfume and being on a period. I cannot think of a single reason why one thing would affect the other. So long as you are hygienic and use sanitary products during your period, there should be no way to tell by sense of smell.

As for perfume, I don't wear much by always put the smallest amount on when I am going out, whether it be to work, out with friends or to dinner with my SO. It has absolutely zero to do with where I am in my cycle and more to do with I like the way it smells. So does my fiancé... so bonus for me.

If the question is if periods negatively affect the body odor of a woman than no. That's not the case but every body is different so I'd not be surprised if some woman have slight changes in body odour or how they perceive it during their period. I never heard of such a thing personally though.
