Besides from the question above;
Why would she bee looking at me often and sometimes look away quickly?
Is she a shy girl?
Context:
There's a new girl at work (barely has been a month on the job), she seems to be looking at me really often. I've caught her looking at me from a distance (while she hasn't noticed I'm looking at her) but if she assumes that I'm looking at her she'll look away quickly. I had initiated some conversation before and she seem to try to impress me because she has learned a difficult software that many other employees might've taken 3 days to learn it (she made in 1 day), I asked her about the software when we were in the hallways.
We were at lunch and there were 2 coworkers talking about a show that neither me or her know about it (she's using the phone at the moment). The 2 co workers were suddenly starting making jokes about a show, then me and the 2 coworkers were laughing a few times. We're around 4 feet from distance talking at a normal voice volume, one of the last jokes she suddenly started laughing and at the same time she was looking at me (I noticed it because it was someones else laughter that I haven't heard before).
One of the issues is that she's usually on the phone amount the entire time she's alone but if you initiate a conversation she'll talk for a little bit. Ironically, whenever she's in some trouble and/or difficulty she seems to come to me to solve it, even though there's some other people that are more knowledgeable of the software.
By the way, the software is about the logistics for transporting cars and not so many people understand it and it becomes very frustrating for the new employees.
