When in public spaces like Mall, Sidewalks, Store, etc, if someone touch your thigh and just walk away, how can you tell whether it's a grope (which means you need to do something) or just accidental touch (just ignore it)?
I would think that a "grope" would be pretty evident. Someone loitering around in close proximity so they can purposely touch you. I think it would also be fair to say that a grope would be evident based upon where you were touched.
It really isn't hard to control your own body and not touch other people. Sure, some areas are crowded and bumping into someone is bound to happen, but to touch someone with a hand is pretty easy to avoid.
Think about how many people you have touched with your hand by accident. I wager that it is none. It just isn't something that often happens. It is also likely that it would be with the back of the hand now that I think about it if it were accidental.
Again, it also matters where they touched you. For example, pretty hard to justify accidentally touching a girl's breasts. That isn't easily explained. Neither is her butt. I honestly think it will be down to a particular circumstance and context of what happened.

If someone touches your boobs, ass, or crotch, than it's most likely grope if it's on purpose. If they're just passing by and you guys barely touch, it's likely to be accidental
What Girls Said
I think the difference would be obvious.
